These terms and conditions function as an agreement between Male Bet and you. Just as Male Bet commits to holding up its end — timely payments, transparent bonus terms, and secure data handling — members also have their own responsibilities. This mutual understanding is what keeps Male Bet a trusted platform.
To become a member at Male Bet, a few basic requirements must be met. These aren't complicated — in fact, they exist to protect members themselves.
Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to open an account with Male Bet. This is a strict policy with no exceptions. Proof of age is required during KYC verification, and any account found to belong to someone under 18 will be closed immediately.
One Account Policy: Each person may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are found to belong to the same individual, all accounts will be closed and any earned bonuses will be cancelled.
Accurate Information: You must provide your real name, mobile number, and date of birth when registering. Providing incorrect information may cause issues during withdrawal, as your details will be verified against your payment account.

Odds Changes: Odds in live betting change from moment to moment. The odds you intended to bet on may shift by the time your bet is confirmed. Male Bet may accept the bet at the new odds or prompt you for approval.
Match Cancelled or Postponed: If a match is cancelled or does not conclude within the scheduled time, Male Bet will settle bets in accordance with standard Sports Betting practice. In most such cases, stakes are refunded.
Warning: Attempting to guarantee a profit by placing bets on multiple outcomes of the same event (arbitrage betting) is considered a violation of Male Bet's rules.
Deposit and withdrawal rules at Male Bet are straightforward and transparent. Transactions can be made through the most popular mobile banking channels in Bangladesh.
Deposit: Deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket start from a minimum of ৳300, with a maximum single deposit of ৳50,000. Most deposits are processed instantly, though network issues may occasionally cause a delay of 5–15 minutes.
Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. The maximum daily withdrawal limit varies by VIP level — Bronze members can withdraw up to ৳20,000 per day, while Platinum members enjoy a higher limit. Withdrawal processing typically takes 2–24 hours.

KYC Verification: Identity verification (KYC) is required for your first withdrawal of ৳10,000 or more. Simply upload a photo of your national ID — once KYC is completed, you will not need to do it again.
Withdrawals will always be sent to the mobile banking number registered on your account. Sending funds to another person's number is not possible — this is in place to prevent fraud.
Male Bet's bonus offers are an added benefit for members. However, each bonus comes with its own terms — without knowing them, you can't make the most of what's available.
Wagering Requirement: Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. The wagering requirement is the total amount you must bet, calculated by multiplying the bonus amount by a set number. For the welcome bonus, this is 12x, and for free spins, it is 15x.
Bonus Validity: Every bonus has a set expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not completed within that period, the bonus is automatically forfeited. The welcome bonus is generally valid for 30 days.
One Bonus, One Use: Each bonus offer can only be used once per member. Any attempt to claim the same bonus across multiple accounts from the same household or device will result in all bonuses being cancelled.

Certain activities are strictly prohibited on Male Bet. These rules exist to maintain a fair and safe environment for all members. Violations may result in account suspension and balance forfeiture.
Important: If any of the above activities are proven, Male Bet will close the account, forfeit all balances, and may take legal action if necessary. Accounts may be temporarily suspended while suspicious activity is under investigation.
An account can be closed for two reasons — either you choose to close it yourself, or Male Bet closes it due to a violation. The process differs in each case.
To close your account yourself: Go to "Close Account" under Account Settings. Withdraw any main balance before closing. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will not be refunded. Once closed, you will need to contact support to reopen your account.
Closure by Male Bet: If a violation is confirmed, Male Bet reserves the right to close the account without prior notice. In such cases, bonus balances and any winnings associated with the violation may be forfeited. However, the main balance (your own deposited funds) will generally be returned.
Male Bet believes that any issue can be resolved through open communication. If you have a dispute regarding a bet settlement, payment, or bonus, please contact the support team first.
How to submit a complaint: Submit your complaint via Live Chat or email support@malebet.asia. Include the transaction reference number, date, and a detailed description of the issue. Male Bet will provide an initial response within 48 hours and a resolution within 7 business days.
Final Decision: The decision of Male Bet's management shall be considered final unless both parties agree otherwise. In the event of a dispute regarding bet outcomes, Male Bet's server log records will be used as evidence.
